Gold Canyon has negotiated special Consultant rates with the Hyatt Regency Phoenix and Renaissance Phoenix(formerly the Wyndham). Each hotel is within walking distance of the Convention Center. Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the Hyatt or Renaissance. (Please see the hotel contact information below.) Please note that when you make your reservation, you must mention you are with Gold Canyon or you will forfeit the special Consultant rate. If you plan to stay at either hotel, the hotel will charge your credit card upon checkout. Please note that hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and if you make your hotel reservations after 11:59 p.m. MST on July 5, 2012, the special Consultant room rate is not guaranteed. Gold Canyon has made every effort to secure a sufficient number of rooms to accommodate all of our Consultants, but in the event the number of rooms we have reserved is exceeded before July 5, 2012 please note that the special Consultant room rate will not be guaranteed. Make sure you register early for Convention and contact either the Hyatt or Renaissance to take advantage of these great room rates!

Please note: First night room plus tax will be required to secure room reservations for both hotels at the time reservations are made. The charge will not be refunded if the room is not cancelled by 12:00 a.m. MST on Friday, July 26, 2012.

All hotel fees will be charged by the hotel directly to the credit card submitted upon check-out from the hotel.

Hotel Room Reservations

All hotel reservations must be made by 11:59 p.m. MST on July 5, 2012 to guarantee discounted rate. Limited rooms are available at the discounted rates we have secured for Gold Canyon Consultants from Tuesday, July 31 through Saturday, August 4, 2012. After 11:59 p.m. MST on July 5, 2012, all hotel reservations made will be subject to the hotel's prevailing room rates. Space may be limited at these discounted rates, so make reservations early.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of hotel reservations will NOT be accepted after 12:00 a.m. MST on Friday, July 27, 2012. Guests will be responsible for any charges that are incurred due to cancellation past the cut-off date.
